1. The defendant shall pay 135,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from November 13, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(2) On the first date for pleading, the Plaintiff has partially reduced the damages for delay of the purport of the claim (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
