【Criminal Facts】

C. At around 04:15 on the same day, the Defendant, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price normally at the alcohol book called “H” operated by the victim’s name in the highly advanced game, was committed as if he was the lawful holder of the embling Card that embezzled as above, and then, he acquired alcoholic beverages from the victim amounting to KRW 129,000 at the market price.

The defendant is a victim who is in the 05th day at the time of raising a game.
