1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.

The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are identical to the allegations in the court of first instance, and evidence submitted to the court of first instance is different from evidence submitted by the plaintiff to the court of first instance, and even if the plaintiff's testimony by the witness of the court of first instance and the witness of the court of first instance submitted by the plaintiff 8 through 15 (including the number of branch numbers), the fact-finding and decision of the court of first instance are justifiable, and there are no errors as alleged by the plaintiff
Accordingly, the court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
