In full view of the following circumstances: (a) the Defendant was absent on purpose from the trial date at the lower court to the trial date; (b) there are no special circumstances or changes in circumstances that may be considered in the sentencing after the sentence of the lower judgment was rendered; and (c) other various circumstances, including the Defendant’s age, sex and environment; (b) motive, means and consequence of the crime; and (c) the circumstances after the crime, etc., the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

3. If so, the defendant's appeal is without merit. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
