The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 23, 2014, around 15:53, the Defendant: (a) boarded the bus No. C92 with the victim B (the age of 38, South) and her passengers; and (b) reported the form of mixing with the victim’s out of the window while moving, and reported the formation of relationship; and (c) made a dispute with each other.
During that period, when the victim talks that "if a person who is the father of the party is the between the ridge and the between the ridge, the victim is good," the defendant publicly insultingd the victim in the bus that many and unspecified people are on board.
2. Grounds for dismissing public prosecution: Articles 311 and 312(1) of the Criminal Act; Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act (Revocation of Complaints filed by the victim on July 24, 2014).
