Of the facts charged in the instant case, assault against the victim C is committed.

1. On July 19, 2012, at around 20:35, the Defendant, entering the warehouse near the 'F' Ma (the age of 55) operated by the victim E (the age of 55) located in Gunsan-si, sent the victim's face two times on the right drinking, and assaulted the victim who would be exposed to the victim's face on the right drinking.

2. The Defendant is the husband of the victim C (V, 60 years old).
