1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 314,049,604 as well as KRW 170,000 among them, from May 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
The defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the unpaid principal and interest and damages for delay, as shown in paragraph (1) of this Article, in full view of the respective statements and the purport of the whole pleadings as shown in the attached Form.
(A) The circumstances that the representative of the defendant received bankruptcy exemption are without influence on the claim of this case against the corporation. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
