All appeals are dismissed.
The costs of appeal are assessed against the plaintiffs.
1. As to the grounds of appeal by Plaintiff B, this case is a small claim as provided in Article 2(1) of the Trial of Small Claims Act and Article 1-2 of the Rules on Trial of Small Claims, and the content asserted by the Plaintiff as the grounds of appeal does not fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act.
2. The Plaintiff C’s final appeal did not state the grounds of final appeal in the petition of final appeal filed by the Plaintiff, and did not submit the grounds of final appeal within the statutory period (the grounds of final appeal filed by the Plaintiff was received on August 14, 2020), and should be dismissed in accordance with Article 429 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
