However, the Defendant asserted that the qualified acceptance was tried, and that the Plaintiff changed the purport of the claim to the Plaintiff as stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article. Accordingly, according to the modified purport of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 15,225,015 won within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased B, and 6,086,405 won among them, 12% per annum from May 15, 2015 until October 13, 2015, which is the delivery date of the written application for amendment of the purport of the instant claim, and 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
