1. The remainder of the amount calculated by deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds by selling the 9,719 square meters of the forest land in Naju-si.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff, the co-owner, did not reach an agreement on the partition of co-owned property. Thus, the auction sale price of the real estate of this case is claimed to be divided according to the share ratio of the plaintiff and the defendants.

2. Claim against Defendant D: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. Claim against the remaining Defendants: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
