In the case of disease guarantee insurance, the Defendant, using the fact that the maximum of 123 days of hospitalization costs for one disease are guaranteed to each insurance company, and that it is possible to guarantee hospitalization costs again after the lapse of 180 days, subscribed to several insurance policies, and did not require hospitalization for a long time or require long-term hospitalization. However, the Defendant, from January 27, 2006 to July 5, 2012, subscribed to 16 insurance companies, such as the Defendant, the Defendant, the Defendant, and the Defendant’s children C and D, with a total of 31 disease guarantee insurance products.

Around February 2, 2010, the Defendant issued a certificate of hospitalization from the Seoul Masung Hospital and received a diagnosis of “defluence fluencies” from the Seoul Masung Hospital located in the vice-Eup of the Seoul Maan-gun, the Defendant: (a) even though it was actually possible to receive hospital treatment without requiring hospital treatment; (b) however, the Defendant received hospital treatment for seven days from around that time until February 8, 2010; and (c) received a certificate of hospitalization from the said Seoul Masan-gun.

On April 19, 2014, Defendant C and D received KRW 402,706,410 in total from the victims who were the insurance company and received KRW 720,000 from the victims on the 10th of the same month, as the insurance money for the nine insurance products, from six insurance companies, and received KRW 1,433,492 as the post office account (E) in the name of Defendant’s name, from that time until April 19, 2014, as described in the separate crime list, from that time, they received KRW 402,706,410 in total as the insurance money from the victims who were the insurance company.
