1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 31, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant”). 2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant only raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and did not submit a specific written response, and the Plaintiff was absent on the date for pleading, and thus, all of the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
