1. The Defendant shall order the Plaintiff to order the building indicated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. On August 3, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 5,000,000; (b) monthly rent of KRW 650,000; and (c) the lease period from August 18, 2015 to August 17, 2016; (b) on condition that the said lease contract was terminated due to the Defendant’s delay of rent, the Plaintiff filed a request for surrender of the said building following the termination of the lease contract.
