1. The Defendant’s KRW 18,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from July 1, 2014 to January 8, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. C’s registration of ownership preservation C completed the registration of ownership preservation on January 25, 2010 on the real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

B. On February 26, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) regarding KRW 4.5 million between the Defendant (the name of the office of licensed real estate agents: the seat of the office of licensed real estate agents: Leecheon-si E) and KRW 4.5 million, and the lease term from February 26, 2012 to February 25, 2014 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

The Plaintiff paid KRW 45 million to C, and received the object of the lease of this case from C around that time.

Sheet Defendant completed the move-in report on the leased object of this case on February 27, 2012, and acquired the fixed date on the same day.

C. On March 23, 2010, Sung-nam Central Credit Cooperatives (formerly: Solomon Savings Bank Co., Ltd.) completed the registration of establishment of a collateral on the real estate of this case and the Flux 507 square meters in Echeon-si, the obligor, and the maximum debt amount of C with the registration of establishment of a collateral security amount of KRW 79.3 million.

On April 20, 2010, the registration of change of the right to collateral security was completed on April 20, 2010 with the maximum debt amount of 49 billion won on the ground of the contract made on April 20, 2010.

【Manam Central Credit Union (hereinafter “Ssongnam Central Credit Union”) completed the registration of transfer of the right to collateral security on September 5, 201 on the ground of the assignment of the established claim on September 5, 2011.

The above court filed an application for voluntary auction on September 10, 201 with respect to the real estate of this case and F.F. F. F. F. 507 square meters for the purpose of receiving the claim for the right to collateral security of this case against C by the Sungnam Central Credit Union.
