However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around 11:00 on June 18, 2015, the Defendant, despite being aware that his account would be used for committing the singinging, singing out of the second floor of the Anyang-gu Mayang-gu Mayang-si, Annyang-si (an act of deceiving money from a large number of victims by walking to an investigation agency or a financial institution). However, even though he was aware that his account would be used for the singing out, the Defendant displayed the passbook in the name of the Defendant’s new bank account (Account Number C) in the name of the above accused, and had the above poor person take photographs of the part where the account number of the above passbook was located and sent the photo to another trillion staff, and notified the Defendant of the identification number of the said account by telephone to the trillion staff who received the above pictures.

Therefore, another Boscing staff member who became aware of the account number of the above new bank account of the defendant at around 11:51 on June 18, 2015, called the phone call to the victim D and called the public prosecutor at the public prosecutor's office, and called the "Scing Party was involved in the case under investigation at the public prosecutor's office, and the resident number of the party was stolen, and sent a writ of summons to acknowledge the crime because he did not attend, so he/she must recover the property to the Financial Supervisory Service. Since he/she uses the personal account at the time of investigation during his/her confidential interest, he/she shall return money to the said account." On the same day, he/she received money from the victim at around 11:51 on the same day from the victim to the bank account under the name of the defendant (C) at around 14:00 on the same day, 27 million won on the same day.

As such, the Defendant conspiredd with the employees of the above 67 million won in collusion, thereby aiding and abetting the above victim to acquire the above 67 million won from the victim.

2. At around 12:39 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a new bank account in the name of the Defendant, which known the information to the account holder, such as the preceding paragraph, to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant.
