However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around 17:00 on October 12, 2018, the Defendant received merpter from D with 0.25 g of Mepta (hereinafter “Mepopon”) from D within K7 car parkeded by D in front of the C Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si B, and received Mepopon from D without compensation.

2. At around 22:00 on October 12, 2018, the Defendant administered the Mete-car of the Defendant, which was parked in the above parking lot, by inserting 0.25g of the penphones received as stated in paragraph (1), into an injection machine, and dilution the water into the right shoulder of the Defendant, and in a way to be sprinked by himself.

3. Sale and purchase of Memptopas;

A. On October 15, 2018, the Defendant conspired with F, and on October 16:37, 2018, contacted F with F that F would want to purchase phiphones from a person without a name (G conversation H; hereinafter “H”), and then deposited KRW 300,000 in the Agricultural Bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant’s former deniedr, the Defendant received deposit of KRW 300,000 from H, and the Defendant traded phiphones by inserting 0.5g of phiphones on the same day at around 20:00 on the same day.

B. On October 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase chophones from the nameless boxes (Gid'M') and F; (b) deposited 370,000 won from the account under the said I’s name to the Korean bank account (O) with N; (c) on October 16, 2018, the Defendant received 26 g of chophones delivered through Kwik-si P convenience points in Pyeongtaek-si B and traded chophones.
