However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

On September 11, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and a fine of KRW 4 million at the same court on January 7, 2013 as the same crime.

On April 22, 2015, the Defendant was under influence of 0.062% of blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license, and was driving C Poter Cargo at approximately 4 km from the Defendant’s house located in B on April 22, 2015 to the roads in front of the Yangsan Elementary School located in the same altitude.
