Punishment of the crime
On April 16, 2016, at around 06:25, the Defendant driven CL125S Orab in the state of alcohol with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration at around 0.114% from the 300-meter section to the front road of the Gangseo-dong Hospital located in the Gyeongdong-dong, Busan, which had the same Dong-dong (SL125S).
