2. It is recognized that the defendant's mistake recognized and driving distance is short and there are circumstances to be taken into account in the circumstances leading to driving, and that he/she must support his/her wife and her young children without good health due to heart diseases, etc.

However, considering the fact that the defendant has been punished 6 times or more due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act, including 2 times without a license, the defendant's attitude leading to the trial, and all other conditions of sentencing as shown in the arguments, it is not deemed that the sentence of the court below that sentenced 2 million won is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
