Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On August 23, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining the driver’s license at around 19:10 on August 23, 2012, operated approximately 15km with a CYF smalls or other car owned by the Defendant, from around the Chungcheong Court in the Chungcheong City, to the front day of the Chungcheong City YF Do Do Do Do Do Do.
