The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Customs Act (illegal export) shall, while exporting goods from a foreign country, obtain permission, approval, recommendation, certification, or other conditions necessary for the export in accordance with Acts and subordinate statutes or export goods in an unlawful manner;

On March 18, 2011, when the Defendant intends to export new vehicles for new registration, he/she shall export them after completing new registration in accordance with the Automobile Management Act, and after completing new registration in accordance with the integrated announcement, he/she filed an export declaration number C with the head of Busan Customs Office on March 18, 201, and then exported them to D dump truck (on the face, 2010 type, 15t) with the cost of the cost of the new vehicle equivalent to US$ 81,464 (Korean KRW 90,167,460) at the cost of the goods to D companies located in Vietnam, he/she exported them to Vietnam without undergoing new registration and cancellation procedures under the Automobile Management Act, from that time to June 5, 2012, without undergoing new registration and cancellation procedures under the Motor Vehicle Management Act.

B. In filing an export declaration with the head of a customs office, the Defendant has not filed a false declaration on the name, size, quantity, price, place of storage, etc. of the goods in question. However, the Defendant filed a request for export different from the actual price for the reason that the transaction partner located in Vietnam, who has a long-term transactional relationship, has high rates of customs duties imposed on the goods at the site, and that the used dump truck and track are not customs duties. On March 18, 201, the Defendant exported dump truck modern, 2010, 15t, which is a new vehicle to the “D” company located in Vietnam through the Busan Customs Office, via Busan Customs Office, with the export declaration number C on March 18, 2011.
