A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that runs the business of planning and designing urban areas, the business of researching environmental design and development policies, and the technical service business for traffic and environment. The Defendant is a corporation that runs the business of building construction business, engineering work business, real estate market research and product development service business, etc.

The defendant's previous trade name was a new venture industry corporation, and as of January 27, 2015, the change of the trade name was completed as of the date of the registration of the change of the trade name as Microa Star corporation.

(hereinafter referred to as the above two companies are not classified, and all of them are "Defendant". (b)

On September 15, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a plan for designation and development of a master logistics complex district and for the establishment of an implementation plan (hereinafter “instant service contract”). Accordingly, the Plaintiff started to prepare an application for approval of the development plan for the Sejong Publication Logistics Complex (Evidence A 10; hereinafter “instant application for approval”). The key contents of the instant application in the written service contract (Evidence A 1) written for the instant service contract are as follows:

1. Title of service: Designation and development plan of the Incheon Publication Logistics Complex, and formulation of implementation plan;

2. Contract amount: 1,800,000 won (excluding value-added tax);

3. Contents of contract: Reference to task instruction;

4. Contract term: The service cost under Article 3 (Payment of Service Cost) shall be paid from September 15, 2012 to September 15, 2013 as follows: < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24688, Sep. 15, 2013>

The amount for the contract: 200,000,000 won shall be paid at the same time as the contract is concluded.

(As of September 25): 200,000,000 won shall be paid at the time of receipt of the port logistics in Gyeonggi-do.

Second step: 300,000,000 won shall be paid when the consultation with the related offices of Gyeonggi-do and the related agencies is completed.

The third utility model: 300,000,000 won shall be paid when the logistics complex has been deliberated upon and approved.

The fourth period: 200,000 won shall be paid when the public notice of approval for designation of a logistics complex is completed.

5th period: completed books.
