On September 10, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million to a fine of KRW 1 million at the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on January 19, 2015, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine of KRW 4 million for the same crime.
