A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a 5 tons cargo vehicle B.
1. Around 09:30 on August 22, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said vehicle at a section of about 10 km from the street in front of the 141-9 Dong-dong, Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu, to the front side of the third apartment located in the Suwon-gu, Busan, and to the front side of the same-sex resource again via the passive intersection road in front of the third apartment located in the Busan Metropolitan City transportation Daegu, and the third apartment located in the Busan Metropolitan City transportation Daegu, to the front side of the same-sex resource.
2. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant was driving the above vehicle at around 09:30 on August 22, 2013, and the Defendant was driving in front of the Sejong apartment in Busan Shipping Daegu, along with one lane of the third-lane road from the upstream of the tunnel of the transmission tunnel to the luminous intersection.
In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front left and accurately manipulate the steering gear and brakes of the motor vehicle to prevent accidents in advance.
그럼에도 피고인은 이를 게을리 한 채 만연히 운전한 과실로 같은 방향에서 앞서가다 전방 교차로 신호에 따라 정차 중이던 피해자 C 운전의 D 1톤 화물차 뒷부분을 피고인이 운전하는 차량의 앞 범퍼부분으로 충격하였고, 그 충격으로 피해자 C 운전의 화물차가 앞으로 튕기면서 그 앞에 정차 중이던 피해자 E 운전의 F 쏘나타 택시와 피해자 G 운전의 H 쏘나타 승용차의 뒤 범퍼 부분을 차례로 충격하게 하였다.
Ultimately, the Defendant caused a traffic accident by negligence in the course of business as seen above and caused the injury to the victim C, namely, salt ties and tensions that require approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim C; injury to the victim I, who is a passenger of a ton cargo vehicle, such as salt ties and tensions that require approximately three weeks of treatment; injury to the victim E, such as light dial salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim E; and two weeks of treatment to the victim G.
