Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On October 26, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.202%, the Defendant driven a 10-meter amount of 10 meters, following the Defendant’s walking a rocketing vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was parked on the street in the front of the aftermath of the Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk-gu Center for the Ethical Zone, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
