A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On May 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on May 9, 2020, at the “D main point” operated by the victim C in Daegu-gu B and the second floor; (b) was engaged in as if he would have paid the price although he did not have the intent or ability to pay the drinking value; and (c) ordered an alcoholic beverage and the he received an order from the injured party with an alcoholic beverage at least one million won in total; and (d) acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
On April 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 04:45 on April 7, 2020, at the “G main points operated by the Victim F in Daegu Northern-gu E, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (b) was carrying out as if he would pay the cost of singing; (c) the Defendant ordered the drinking and the musical instruments and requested the victim to stop singing.
The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) obtained the victim’s pecuniary benefits equivalent to the total amount of KRW 700,000,000, including the fee for singing room of KRW 100,000, and the fee for singing room of KRW 700,000 from the victim; and (c) obtained the victim’s pecuniary benefits.

1. On December 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was engaged in the fact at the J restaurant operated by the victim I in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the purchase price; and (b) was unable to pay the purchase price, and (c) was ordered to do so by the victim with a total of KRW 21,00,000, 1,000, 200, 200, and 20,000, 20, and 20,000, and thereby, acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
2. On December 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 11:58 on board a taxi operated by the Victim K as a passenger from the Nancheon-gu, Daegubuk-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) was committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price but would have paid it, and (c) requested the victim to be appointed as the North Korean bus stops located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 295; and (d) did not pay KRW 4,400 on the taxi charge.
