A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On May 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act by this court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 24, 2016 at the net prison on January 24, 2016, and is not a narcotics handler.
On January 14, 2018, around 01:0, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03g of Metepopa (one diaphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopopa”) a mecopa (one philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopa”), a primary mental medicine, into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with water, and administered philopa in a way of injection into the mecopa.
