1. Defendant G, I, J, and K jointly with Plaintiff A, KRW 68,00,00,000, KRW 68,000 to Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff C.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The relationship between the parties (1) Defendant G is a person who gives an advice on auction in the “L” camera opened on the following website, and Defendant H is the spouse of Defendant G.

(2) Defendant I Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) was a company engaged in real estate sales, rental, etc., and engaged in the business as an executor of the new construction of Gwangju Seo-gu Officetel (hereinafter “instant officetel”).

(3) Defendant J is the former representative director of the Defendant Company and is working as an internal director of the Defendant Company as of the date of the closing of argument in this case. Defendant K is the actual operator of the Defendant Company and is working as the representative director of the Defendant Company as of the date of the closing of argument in this case.

(4) The Plaintiffs are those who have used the Internet car page as referred to in the above (1) and participated in the auction lecture held by Defendant G.

B. Defendant G, J, K, and Defendant G, around 2014, became aware that Defendant G would pay KRW 1 million per household to those who introduced Defendant K to enter into a sales contract for the instant officetel at around 2014.

Thus, Defendant G conspired with Defendant K and J to allow students to enter into a sales contract with the Defendant Company and pay the sales price to the Defendant Company by advertising the instant officetel against the students in the auction lecture of the said Internet Carbook, providing information on the participants in the investment inquiry as the instant officetel construction site, mediating the conclusion of the contract, and performing the duty of returning the cancellation fee to those who wish to terminate the contract.

(2) 피고 G은 위 인터넷 카페의 경매강의에서 수강생인 원고들에게 "나도 이 사건 오피스텔을 여러 채 샀다.
