1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiffs the 3th floor of 101.33 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached list.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons

1. On May 26, 2017, the Plaintiffs entered into a commercial lease agreement with the Defendant on the third floor part of 101.33 square meters among the buildings listed in the separate sheet.

However, as the Defendant did not pay a three or more times of arrears, the Plaintiffs notified the Defendant of the termination of the above commercial building lease agreement, and the Defendant is obligated to deliver to the Plaintiffs the three floors of which are 101.33 square meters of the buildings listed in the separate sheet.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
