1. The Defendant’s KRW 27,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from November 29, 2011 to June 8, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on November 1, 201, paid to the Defendant a total of KRW 16 million, and KRW 27 million, as the travel expenses (purchase of airline tickets, reservation of accommodation, etc.) on or around November 1, 201, on or around November 8, 201, the Plaintiff paid KRW 16,000,000 to the Defendant for the personal purpose without using the aforementioned KRW 27,00,000 for travel expenses, but the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above KRW 27,00,000 as unjust enrichment.
