(a) Of KRW 9,00,000 and its total amount of KRW 3,000,000,000 shall be from September 1, 2017 to KRW 3,00,000.

A. On September 25, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant.

B. On January 20, 2015, the insurance period of the instant insurance contract, the Plaintiff was involved in an accident that shocks the inside and outside of the refluence in the transport of the refratator who carried the waterway pipes (hereinafter “instant accident”).

C. Under the general terms and conditions of the insurance contract of this case, in the event that an injury occurs in the insured with less than 80% of the disability payment rate, the insured amount (150 million won) multiplied by the disability payment rate, and in the event there is a disability with not less than 80% of the disability payment rate, the insured amount (150 million won) shall be paid as the insurance amount, respectively. Under the special terms and conditions of guaranteeing injury (50% or more), the insured amount (50 million won) shall be paid as the insurance amount in full in the event that the injury has a disability with not less than 50% of the disability payment rate. Under the special terms and conditions of guaranteeing injury (80% or more, monthly payment), the insured shall be paid as the insurance amount for 10 years in the event that the injury has a disability with not less than 80% of the disability payment rate.

The main contents of the instant insurance contract and each special agreement are as follows.
