1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 21, 2019 to the date of full payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant').2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) was effective from June 1, 2019. The portion of damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum out of the claims for damages for delay after June 1, 2019 is rejected.
