A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. A defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Road Traffic Act, and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be a person engaged in the driving of a three-wheeled motor vehicle without registration;

2. Where any person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act intends to have an owner of an automobile tubes for the items prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, he/she shall obtain approval from the head of a Si/Gun
