With respect to the above case, the defendant is the applicant for compensation in the order of the court ruling rendered on June 12, 2014.

Reasons

Since it is evident that the entry of the compensation order was omitted by mistake in the order of the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio pursuant to Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure and it shall be decided as per the order.
