1. The defendant shall set the amount of the award for each of the designated parties in annexed Form 2 to the person who selected the "retirementer".

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a corporation established with the purpose of supporting projects related to the promotion of national sports, the improvement of the level of sports games and the fostering of juveniles, and the creation, operation, and management of funds for conducting projects related to the promotion of sports science and research in Seoul Olympic Games. 2) The defendant divided the occupational group into general service, research service, operation, and contract service (annual salary contract, support service, and daily contract service) and hires workers. Of the list of the 1stm group of the 1stm group of the 1stm group of the designated parties, 261 of the plaintiffs number 1 through 261 (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiffs in operational or annual salary contract service") are the employees in operational or annual salary contract service (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiffs in Plaintiff No. 343 B), and 181 of the remaining 262 through 443 of the designated parties (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff number 343") are both supporting or daily contract workers (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiffs," and "the plaintiffs in the annual salary and daily service workers."

B. The Defendant’s provision on the Defendant’s remuneration and various allowances provides that “the Rules on the Employee’s Annual Salaries” as the provision on remuneration for general service, research service, and the provision on the appointment and remuneration for management service; “The Rules on the Implementation of Management Service (hereinafter “Rules on the Management Service”); and “the Rules on the Regulations on the Appointment and Remuneration for Contract Service” (hereinafter “Rules on the Contract Service”); Article 4 of the Regulations on the Employee’s Annual Salaries applies mutatis mutandis to matters concerning the remuneration, calculation, and payment of management service; and Article 2 of the Rules on the performance-based bonus (hereinafter “Rules on the Performance Services”); and Article 4 of the Regulations on the Performance Regulations on the Performance-Based Services (hereinafter “Rules on the Performance Services”); and Article 4 of the Guidelines on the Selective Welfare System (hereinafter “Selective Welfare Guidelines”); and specific provisions on the appointment, remuneration, etc. of management service.
