1. The Defendant shall calculate the amount of KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff at the rate of 20% per annum from September 2, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;

(However, “the cause of application” is “the cause of claim”; “creditor” is “the Plaintiff; and “debtor” is “the defendant”; 2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act of service by publication is “the cause of claim.”
