However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant is a Vietnamese who entered the Republic of Korea as a non-professional employment (E-9) around November 2010 and stays there.

On October 2018, the Defendant reported the writing posted on the Peston B B, and requested B to manufacture the Vietnam driver’s license for the Defendant’s domestic driver’s license to exchange the Defendant’s license, and B transmitted the necessary documents, such as the Defendant’s photograph, to a person in default of the name of the Defendant, and then, made the Defendant a fake driver’s license under the name of the State of Transport in Vietnam through B.
