The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving a Grandroth vehicle B.
On October 21, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven a brea vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.141% from the vicinity of Echeon-si, Echeon-dong to the front of Echeon Employment Center in the same city.
