A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a D-Motor vehicle owned by C.
1. On November 25, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) (hereinafter “A.M.”), without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle from November 14:18, 2013, traveling along one lane to the direction of Gwangju Station from the area of the hospital in need of Gwangju Northern-gu, along one lane, while changing the two lanes to the right side.
At the time, there are two-lanes of vehicles, so in such cases, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to thoroughly change the lanes to those who are engaged in driving business and not to interfere with the passage of the vehicle in the two-lane.
