A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

A is not a narcotics handler.
1. On March 11, 2014, at least 20:11, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 of the camphone price to a bank account (Account Number: D) in the name of the Defendant in the Korea Exchange Bank (hereinafter referred to as “Ctel”) in the name of the Defendant, the seller of the psychotropic drug, by mobile banking from the bank account (personal number: hereinafter referred to as “camphone”) in the name of the F, known to E, the seller of the psychotropic drug, and traded the camphone by obtaining a document envelope containing approximately 0.3g of the camphone sent from the above Ctel through Kwikset service article on the same day.
2. On March 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 of the instant Ctel 708; (b) opened approximately 0.1g of the instant Ctel 708, which was purchased as indicated in the foregoing 1.1; and (c) used opon in a manner of cutting off a smoke from the bottom to the opon to the coon.
3. At around 23:00 on March 12, 2014, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as in the above 1.1g of philophones purchased as in the above 1.1., by dilution them into the blood part of the left arms, and administered philophones.
4. At around 22:00 on March 13, 2014, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as referred to in the above 1.1g of philophones purchased as referred to in the above 1.1, by dilution them into the blood part of the left arms, and administered philophones.
5. On March 19, 2014, at around 22:29, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 of opon from the deposit account in the above Ctel 708 in the above Ctel’s name to the above national bank bank account in the F’s name known to the above E, and on the same day, purchased and sold opon phone by receiving a document envelope containing approximately 0.2g of opon, sent by the above E via Kwikset service articles, from the H Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul.
6. The Defendant: (a) on March 20, 2014, the instant officetels around 02:0.
