성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(13세미만미성년자강제추행)
1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months;

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant operates D Language Private Teaching Institutes on the third floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and teach English subjects, and the victim E (the victim E is 12 years of age) is a student of a private teaching institute registered in the above private teaching institute from April 16, 2014 and received an English curriculum from the Defendant on every Tuesday and Tuesday.

3. On May 8, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by forcing a minor victim under the age of 13 by inducing the victim to take preparation for evaluation of the victim’s performance at the center room operated by the Defendant from around 20:30 to around 21:30 on May 8, 2014.
