A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On January 23, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court's Incheon District Court's Branch on January 20, 2009, a fine of two million won for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Incheon District Court's Branch on January 20, 2009, and on March 25, 2011, from the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on March 25, 201, to a suspended sentence of two years for each of six months.
1. On October 29, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was negligent in neglecting the duty of front-time driving on the side of the Nam-gu Office of South-gu, Seoul, in the course of making a non-protective left-hand turn to the south-dong office from the south-gu, Dong-gu, Incheon, one of the three-lanes in front of the “lick-gu,” running from the south-gu, Incheon, to the south-dong office. In the course of making a non-protective left-hand turn, the Defendant suffered from damage to the victim, by taking the front part of the victim’s D&D driving that flows along the two-lanes of the three-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the three-lane driver and taking the front part of the three-way.

3. On October 29, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) conducted a drinking test in relation to the act of causing a traffic accident by driving under the influence of alcohol at the traffic survey office of the Incheon Southern-dong Police Station located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Incheon, as prescribed by paragraphs 1 and 2; (b) and (c) made a report on the driving under the influence of the driver; (b) made the name and resident registration number of friendly F; and (c) signed and sealed the F’s name in the signature column; and (d) signed and sealed the F’s name.
