1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 69,725,340 and KRW 50,000 among them, per annum from March 15, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(The creditor is considered as the "Plaintiff" and the debtor is considered as the "Defendant".
2. Judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s allegations under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act, since the Defendant merely submitted the original payment order and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a written reply thereafter.
