1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
2. With respect to Defendant A, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years;

Punishment of the crime
Defendant B, on June 5, 2008, sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Trademark Act at the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul Central District Court) on September 30, 2009, provisionally released on September 30, 2009, and the term of imprisonment expired on December 3, 2009.
1. Defendant A
A. A. Around 00:10 on August 5, 2012, the Defendant insultd the victims by openly speaking to “the victims” on the part of four persons, including, but not limited to, the 112-year-old victim G (the age 41) who was called to the scene after receiving a 112 report from “E Ho” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was sent to the scene and received a recommendation for returning home from the sloped victim G (the age 41), the police box belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station (the age 34) and the victim H (the age 34).
B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and place indicated in the above paragraph 1(a) above, instructed the victim G to be punished as a crime of insult, resisted the victim’s chest part, sealed the victim’s chest part, and asked the victim to return home to B, and assaulted the victim’s flaps.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers' order.
2. Defendant B

B. The Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender at the time and place specified in the above Paragraph (1) and arrived at the front of the Seoul Western Police Station located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Green Number 177-15 on the same day on the same day.
The Defendant would have heard from the victim J (the age of 46) of the police box to get off the patrol boat.
