1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured and entered into an insurance contract on September 10, 2009 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. After the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds, as seen below, was hospitalized for 33 days from the diagnosis of the “proponitis” on November 2, 2009, as seen below, and as between September 7, 2015, the Defendant filed a claim for the insurance proceeds by receiving hospitalized treatment for 622 days from the date of the instant insurance contract, such as “proponitis”, “proponitis,” “proponum disability,” “high blood pressure”, “all-time disability,” “defescence,” and “defescence,” and the Plaintiff paid KRW 17,420,000,00 per day of hospitalization, as seen below, according to the insurance contract as seen in the following table.
