Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On December 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while the Defendant: (b) got out of the body f of this case, which was a school line at the E University Sports Center located in the East Sea; and (c) was taking out the body f of the other party to the instant accident insurance; (b) was covered by the Defendant’s injury insurance; (c) was covered by the Defendant’s injury insurance as an insured person; (d) was covered by the Defendant’s injury insurance; and (e) was able to receive insurance money from the insured after the insurance subscription date.
On December 12, 2016, the Defendant entered into a contract on December 12, 2016, i.e., Korea-Japan Non-Payment Guarantee Insurance, i.e., the Plaintiff, the insured of his own child C, with the “BL Round Policy,” and 1605 BL 1605.
On December 14, 2016, the Defendant continued to provide false data to claim insurance proceeds from hospitalization and surgery, etc. from December 14, 2016 to December 24, 2016, 50-1, to “Seomun-gu Seoul, University Brs Hospital” with Defendant’s son’s son, and “the Defendant received her son and son from school on December 14, 2016, her son and son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.” Based on these data.
Ultimately, the Defendant received false insurance accidents as above, and received KRW 801,281 from the injured party as insurance money.
