The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

The facts charged in the instant case constitute Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act that "the Defendant assaulted the victim's neck by double hand on the ground that at around 18:30 on June 1, 2019, the neighboring residents of B apartment C, and the pet dog of the victim D (ma, 42 years old), who were neighboring residents of the fourth floor of B apartment C, are prone, and that the pet dog of the victim is prone to be prone, and the victim's petle is prone." This constitutes Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim does not want to be punished by the defendant, it is so decided as above in accordance with Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act and Article
