1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 135,781,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. A confession during trial (around October 11, 2016, the Defendant stated that he/she claimed the portion of KRW 12,325,000 out of the Plaintiff’s claim, on the first day for pleading, but, on December 7, 2016, the Defendant appeared on the first day for pleading and withdrawn the claim, and stated that all obligations against the Plaintiff are recognized).
