1. Defendant A is the representative of B Co., Ltd. who engages in manufacturing and wholesale retail business, such as electricity and electronics.

A sales broker, buying agent, or import agent of a product subject to safety certification shall not act as a sales broker, buying agent, or import agent for the product subject to safety certification without a safety certification mark, etc.

Nevertheless, from May 2018 to August 14, 2018, the Defendant registered an electronic heading location (product name: D) without a safety certification mark manufactured in China on the online shopping mall C Smart Stom, and purchased 19,000 won per unit on behalf of 18 electronic heading.

2. Defendant B, a representative of the legal entity, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
