A. From June 19, 2013 to February 8, 2017, Plaintiff A’s KRW 2,559,400 as well as its relation thereto.

A. (1) The Plaintiff A entered into a subcontract for electrical construction and paid the construction cost) from the Defendants on October 201, 201, to the first police officer of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Construction Corporation for Multi-household Housing (hereinafter “instant 1 Corporation”).

2) As to the construction of new G-based multi-household housing (hereinafter “instant 2”)

) The Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Construction Corporation for Multi-household Housing on the H ground (hereinafter “instant 3 Corporation”).

(2) The Plaintiff received from the Defendants the total of KRW 5,00,000 as the construction cost for each of the instant electrical construction works, and completed the subcontracted construction costs of KRW 51,759,400.2) The Plaintiff received from the Defendants total of KRW 5,00,000 as the construction cost for each of the instant electrical construction works, and KRW 3,00,000 on December 15, 201, and KRW 10,000 on January 16, 201, and KRW 10,000 on February 25, 2012; KRW 10,000,000 on February 26, 2012; KRW 10,000 on March 26, 200,000 on June 19, 2010; and

B. On May 9, 2012, Plaintiff B entered into a subcontract for tin works and paid the construction cost. Plaintiff B received tin works from the Defendants for the contract amount of KRW 52,000,000 among the instant 2 works, and the contract amount of 38,000,000 among the instant 3 works, each of which was subcontracted for tin works, and completed the said works. Plaintiff B received from the Defendants for the construction payment of KRW 15,00,000 among the instant 2 and 3 works, as the construction payment for tin works, from the Defendants on May 11, 2012, and KRW 10,000,000 on May 23, 2012, and KRW 15,000,000 on May 31, 2012, and KRW 10,000,000,000 on July 15, 200; and

C. On September 201, Plaintiff C received a subcontract for the installation works and paid construction cost (i.e., KRW 105,920,50 for each of the instant construction works from the Defendants (i.e., KRW 27,372,500 for the portion of the instant construction works, KRW 27,372,50 for the portion of the instant construction works, KRW 33,548,00) from the Defendants, and completed the construction. (ii) From October 1, 2011 to October 17, 2012, Plaintiff C received a subcontract from the Defendants for each of the instant construction works.
